As a business diversification, Santarli’s investment/development business kicked off with the first DBSS in Yishun’ site of 27,474sqm called Adora Green (6 blocks of 16-storey , 806 units) of GFA 76,926sqm in 2011 in a joint-venture equity (Guthrie-SK Land) with Guthrie with them as development/project management and Santarli as the main contractor. Since then, Santarli started its Investment/Development business setting up Santarli Realty Pte Ltd.(SR)

OUR MILESTONES
2011
As a business diversification, Santarli’s development and investment business started off with the first DBSS flats in Yishun Town known as Adora Green apartments. The 806-unit public housing project was developed jointly by Guthrie and Santarli in 2011.
2015
In 2015, Santarli Realty completed the development of Sant Ritz condominium comprising a block of 175 apartments and 39 row houses in Potong Pasir. As the developer and owner, Santarli Realty began managing the project development works and the overall sales and management of the property.
2021
In 2021, Santarli added Sanctuary@Newton, a freehold boutique apartment, taking a 30% ownership of the freehold boutique apartment in District 11.
2022
In the following years, Santarli Realty together with joint-venture partners acquired 2 land parcels for Executive Condominium housing development. The 618-unit Tenet EC in Tampines was successfully launched in December 2022 and achieved 93% sales just a month after launch, paving the way for the launch of 360-unit Altura EC in Bukit Batok.
